1. Shipping Policy

We operate on a handcrafted production and fulfillment schedule to ensure quality, energetic integrity, and timely delivery.

Black Friday Orders: All orders placed on Black Friday will be shipped the following Monday to allow our team time to prepare, package, and finalize each prosthetic with full energetic and quality assurance.

Cyber Monday Orders: Orders placed on Cyber Monday will ship between Wednesday and Friday of the same week.

Regular Orders: Orders placed outside of major sales will be shipped every Monday through Wednesday. “Ship out” refers to the time your order leaves our facility. Delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout. After the holiday season, we will return to our regular schedule.

Monthly Fulfillment Schedule: We are open and shipping from the 11th to the 22nd of every month. During this time, we focus solely on fulfilling orders. From the 22nd to the 11th, we restock, create, and tune new prosthetics. Orders placed during this time will be shipped once the fulfillment window opens. This system ensures faster processing, consistent quality, and energetic precision in every piece.


2. Return and Quality Assurance Policy

All prosthetics are handcrafted, energetically tuned, and made for intimate personal use. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once production begins, we have already invested materials, energy, and labor into your prosthetic, and no refunds will be issued.

Each prosthetic is inspected three separate times by three different team members using our 3-point quality assurance system.

The following are not considered defects and are part of the handcrafted process:
Slight variations in color or texture, variations in surface finish, minor unevenness on the cup or base, and occasional presence of a chip brush bristle or dog hair. These are natural markers of handcrafted creation and do not affect the safety, function, or energetic integrity of the product.

Wear and Tear:
Stretching, tearing, or changes to the prosthetic due to use are considered normal wear over time. This includes stretching of the pee hole, surface wear, or changes in texture caused by regular use or improper storage.

Shipping Responsibility:
Once your package leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Lost or stolen packages must be resolved with the shipping company. In verified loss cases, we may offer a discount on a replacement.

Energy and Conduct Notice:
We are an energetically focused company. Aggressive or harassing communication toward our team will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to protect our peace, safety, and privacy.


3. Privacy and Discreet Packaging Policy

Your privacy is protected with absolute confidentiality. Packaging is completely discreet with no product names on the label or exterior. Your personal information is never shared. You may use your preferred name for packaging. We honor and protect the privacy of all individuals, especially those who are not publicly out.


4. Energetic Integrity Policy

Each prosthetic is tuned to a specific energetic frequency during its liquid silicone phase and infused with crystal and copper tensor technology. This process is permanent. Once created, the energetic structure cannot be reversed or undone. For this reason, products cannot be returned or resold.


5. Care and Cleaning Policy

Our prosthetics are made from 100 percent medical-grade platinum silicone. This material is naturally non-porous, anti-fungal, hypoallergenic, and body-safe. You may clean your prosthetic using Dawn dish soap or your regular shower soap. No special toy cleaners are necessary. Store in a cool, dry place away from sharp edges.

Proper care ensures long-term durability and energetic clarity.


6. Inclusivity and Safety Statement

We are a trans-owned and POC-owned brand dedicated to serving FTM, nonbinary, intersex, and gender-expansive individuals worldwide. Our mission is embodiment, empowerment, and activation of personal power and pleasure. Every prosthetic is created with respect, privacy, intention, and sacred responsibility.


7. Age Policy

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website.


8. Late Order Policy

We uphold our shipping schedule with full commitment. However, we are a human-operated, small-batch company. If emergencies, illness, weather conditions, or unforeseen life events occur, slight delays may happen.

If your order has exceeded 30 days from the date of purchase and has not shipped, you are eligible for a refund upon request. Orders that are still within the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds, as materials and labor have already been invested in creating your prosthetic.

We ask for your patience and understanding as part of supporting a real handcrafted business.
