What are your prosthetics made of?

All of our prosthetics are made from 100% platinum-cure medical-grade silicone. This type of silicone is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and non-porous, meaning it won’t absorb bacteria or fluids. It’s the highest-quality silicone available and completely body-safe for long-term wear.


Are your prosthetics body-safe or medically approved?

Yes. We use the same platinum-cure medical-grade silicone used in professional prosthetics and high-end medical devices. Every batch is lab-tested to ensure it’s safe for skin contact, hypoallergenic, and free from latex, phthalates, or fillers.


What makes New World Prosthetics different from others?

Each piece is handcrafted with care, precision, and intention. What truly sets us apart is our energetic tuning process, where each prosthetic is aligned with specific frequencies during its liquid silicone phase for confidence, grounding, and embodiment. Many of our models also include crystal or copper tensor technology and our proprietary hollow collapsible tube that makes packing and play feel more natural than ever.


Do you offer discreet packaging, and what does that mean?

Yes, absolutely. Every order is shipped in a plain kraft box with no store name or product labels on the outside. For international orders, we mark the package as a Gift and describe it simply as a Silicone Item. Your privacy is completely protected from start to finish.


I live internationally. How do you ship your prosthetics?

We understand that some countries have strict customs regulations or social restrictions around prosthetics, and we take that very seriously. All international packages are labeled as a Gift and described only as a Silicone Item to ensure full discretion. No product names or details are listed anywhere.

Customs processing times vary by country, but we make sure your order leaves our facility as quickly as possible once our shipping window opens.


How do I clean my prosthetic?

Cleaning is easy! Just use warm water and mild soap — Dawn dish soap or your usual shower soap works great. No need for toy cleaners. Rinse, pat dry, and store in a clean, dry place.


What’s the best way to store it?

Keep your prosthetic in a cool, dry area away from sharp edges or direct sunlight. You can store it in a pouch or box to protect the silicone and maintain its smooth finish.


Can I pack with these prosthetics?

Yes! Our prosthetics are made from soft, lifelike silicone that feels incredibly real. Inside each piece is our proprietary hollow collapsible tube, designed to be flexible and bendable so it moves naturally with your body. This makes packing easy, comfortable, and realistic for everyday wear.


Can I pee standing up with it?

Yes! Our prosthetics are specifically designed for that function. The inner cup is firmer than a typical packer to maintain shape and control during use. This two-part design is one of the reasons our prosthetics stand out — and yes, it’s also why they’re a little more expensive. Each piece goes through a dual-pour process for precision and performance.


Can I swim, shower, or sleep with my prosthetic?

Yes! Our prosthetics are completely waterproof and can be worn in the shower or while swimming. You can also sleep with it if that’s comfortable for you. We just recommend rinsing and drying it afterward to keep it clean and fresh.


Do you offer custom prosthetics?

Heck yes! We love creating one-of-a-kind pieces. Please email us if you’d like something custom. Because custom prosthetics take much longer to craft, pricing will depend on the design, materials, and time required to make it just right for you.


Can I swap out my order for another color if it hasn’t shipped yet?

Yes, absolutely! We’re happy to switch your order to another color if that color is currently in stock. If it’s not available, your new color will be reserved for the next restock window, and your order will ship out then. Just email us as soon as possible so we can adjust it before your package is finalized.


How long will my order take once I purchase?

During the holidays, we move extra fast. Black Friday orders ship the following Monday, and Cyber Monday orders ship between Wednesday and Friday of that same week.

For all other times of the year, our regular schedule runs from the 11th through the 22nd of every month. We restock on the 10th, reopen at 12:00 AM EST on the 11th, and begin shipping right away. Since all our prosthetics are ready to ship, not made to order, your order will be on its way before you know it.


How can I track my order?

All tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your email is entered correctly before completing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation or tracking email, it’s likely due to an incorrect or missing email address, which we are unable to correct after processing.

If you believe you entered it correctly and still don’t see an update, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out — sometimes tracking messages hide there.


Are these prosthetics meant for sex?

You can use your prosthetic however you choose, but officially they are sold as novelty items. We cannot legally recommend using these prosthetics for sexual activity.

That said, every New World Prosthetic is made from 100% platinum-cure medical-grade silicone, which is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and non-porous. This means it does not absorb bacteria or fluids and is far safer and more durable than lower-grade silicone products.

If you do choose to use your prosthetic intimately, we strongly recommend using a non-silicone condom to protect your prosthetic and prolong its lifespan. We also offer New World Prosthetic Safe Condoms designed specifically for this purpose.


What’s the difference between a packer, play prosthetic, and an all-in-one?

A packer is designed for daily wear and comfort, made of softer silicone for natural movement.
A play prosthetic is firmer and built for intimacy or partner play.
An all-in-one combines both — it includes our proprietary hollow collapsible tube, so you can pack, play, and pee all with the same prosthetic. It’s our most versatile design.


What’s the difference between your All-in-One Prosthetic and the Prosthetic Zero?

The All-in-One Prosthetic includes all of our main features: packing, peeing, and play, all in one seamless design.

The Prosthetic Zero goes even further. It includes copper tensor technology, embedded crystals, and a pleasure piece crafted for extreme sensitivity and deep, sensual stimulation. It’s our most energetically advanced model, designed for both energetic and physical connection.


What does “energetically tuned” mean?

Energetic tuning is a process we developed to infuse each prosthetic with specific frequencies and intentions while the silicone is still in liquid form. We literally place a speaker next to the silicone and blast healing frequency tones (Hz) into it while it cures. This helps align the energy of the piece with grounding, confidence, pleasure, and embodiment. Every prosthetic is created in a focused, high-vibration environment so it carries supportive energy when worn.


Are there crystals or copper inside the prosthetics?

No, not all. Only our Prosthetic Zero includes embedded crystals and copper tensor technology. This model is designed for ultimate energetic penetration, amplifying frequency flow and grounding while connecting you deeper to your body’s natural energy field.


Can I request a specific energy frequency or crystal combination?

Yes, for custom pieces you can. Custom orders allow us to work with you to select the energy frequency, crystal type, or copper configuration that best supports your personal goals. Because each piece is handcrafted, these requests take more time to complete and are priced based on the complexity of your design.


How long will my prosthetic last?

With proper care, your prosthetic can last two to five years or more. Longevity depends on how often it’s used and how well it’s stored. Avoid stretching the pee hole or folding the silicone too tightly, as this can shorten its lifespan.


What should I avoid using on it?

Please avoid oil-based lubricants or silicone lubricants — they can weaken or damage silicone over time. Stick with water-based lubes and mild soaps. Also, avoid sharp objects or rough surfaces that might scratch or tear the silicone.


Can I use powder or cornstarch on it?

Yes, you can! A light dusting of unscented cornstarch or renewal powder will keep your prosthetic smooth and matte. Avoid talcum-based powders, as they can irritate the skin.


Can I return or exchange if I picked the wrong color?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the intimate and handcrafted nature of our prosthetics, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has left our facility. Each piece is made with intention, care, and energetic tuning, so please review your color choice carefully before ordering.


Can I cancel my order after purchase?

No, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Each prosthetic is handmade and assigned to you immediately once your order is received, and packaging begins right away.

However, we do offer store credit that can be applied toward a future order. If you chose the wrong color, we do not offer refunds, but we may provide a discount or partial credit depending on the situation. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance — we’re happy to help on a case-by-case basis.


Why are you closed sometimes?

We are a small batch studio, which means part of each month is dedicated to creating, restocking, and tuning new prosthetics. We reopen on the 11th at 12:00 AM EST and ship through the 22nd. This schedule helps us stay organized, efficient, and ensures your prosthetic ships out as soon as possible.

During the holiday season, we operate on a special fulfillment schedule to keep Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December orders moving fast and on time.


What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier directly. In verified loss cases, we may offer a discount on a replacement as a courtesy.


Do I need to be 18 to order?

Yes. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our website.
