We are a small batch company dedicated to quality, precision, and energetic craftsmanship. Every prosthetic is handmade and tuned individually, which means our shipping schedule is designed to maintain the highest standards of production, fulfillment, and energetic alignment.
Black Friday Grand Opening
All orders placed on Black Friday will ship the following Monday-Wednesday. This allows our team the weekend to package, bless, and prepare each order for secure and discreet delivery.
Cyber Monday
All Cyber Monday orders will ship between Wednesday and Friday of that same week. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received to ensure fairness and accuracy.
Regular Orders (Outside of Holiday Sales)
Orders are shipped every Monday through Wednesday. “Ship out” refers to the day your order leaves our facility. Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method you select at checkout.
Monthly Fulfillment Cycle
To ensure faster shipping times, smooth restocking, and top tier quality control, we follow a steady monthly rhythm.
The Order and Shipping Window is from the 11th through the 22nd of every month. During this time, we focus completely on fulfilling and shipping orders. Orders placed during this window are shipped as quickly as possible.
The Creation and Restock Window is from the 22nd through the 10th of the following month. During this time, we restock materials, handcraft new inventory, and prepare orders for the next cycle. All restocking is completed by the 10th, and we reopen on the 11th at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time to begin shipping again.

This system allows us to maintain small batch quality, ensure faster fulfillment during shipping weeks, keep inventory fresh and energetically tuned, and provide a predictable and transparent schedule for our customers.

Shipping and Packaging
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain kraft boxes with no store name listed to protect your privacy. Every package is completely discreet and handled with care from start to finish.
Shipping Options
Next Day Shipping is available after the 11th of each month and will be shipped out the following day during our open window. We are not in control of when UPS or other carriers pick up from our location, but once your order is packaged, it is promptly handed off to your chosen carrier.
For Economy Shipping within the USA, please allow three to seven business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier’s route and service speed. Orders placed with Economy or Regular Shipping are sent in the order they are received. Please allow up to two business days for your order to leave our facility after processing.
International Shipping & Packaging
We understand that not all countries are comfortable receiving prosthetic shipments, so we have created a safe and private system to protect you at every step. All international packages are labeled as Gift and classified under customs code 3924.10 – Tableware & kitchenware of plastic. This code is widely used and refers to everyday household items. It is commonly seen on international packages and does not raise questions. It moves through customs smoothly and respects both privacy and shipping regulations.
To further support our international customers, we have developed a customs pass system designed to help orders clear borders as safely as possible. We even use specially designed “Kitchen Helper” branding stickers that look like simple household item labels. This keeps everything friendly and ordinary so your package travels discreetly and without pressure or explanation.

No product information appears anywhere on the outside of your box. No business name is listed — only the letters NWP — and you are welcome to choose any name you would like on your shipping label.
We ship with UPS internationally because it offers stronger tracking and reliability. USPS may lose packages overseas, so we do not use it for international orders. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate, as once a package leaves the United States, our ability to assist becomes limited.
Some regions such as parts of Africa can be more challenging to reach, though we are still able to ship there. Any duties, customs fees, or taxes required by your country may be due upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
Your care manual will arrive in English, so here are the essentials to review:
• Wash with gentle dish soap and warm water
• Avoid latex condoms as latex can damage silicone
• Paint is meant to last but may slowly fade over extended time
• The tube insert can be removed for easy packing
• Your prosthetic is safe to swim with
• When learning the STP begin in the shower
• Control your flow so the cup does not overfill
• Press the cup gently yet firmly to your body to create suction then slowly let the flow begin
• To widen the stream lightly press on the head
Take your time and trust your learning process. With practice it becomes natural and comfortable. If you ever need support, guidance, or reassurance we are always here for you with care and understanding.
Return and Quality Assurance Policy
All prosthetics are handcrafted, energetically tuned, and made for intimate personal use. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once production begins, materials, energy, and labor have already been invested in your prosthetic.
Each prosthetic is inspected three separate times by three different team members using our three point quality assurance system to ensure consistency and safety.
Natural Variations
The following are normal and part of the handcrafted process. Slight variations in color or texture, differences in surface finish, minor unevenness on the cup or base, or the occasional presence of a chip brush bristle or pet hair. These do not affect safety, function, or energetic integrity.
Wear and Tear
Stretching, tearing, or texture changes due to use are considered normal over time. This includes stretching of the pee hole, surface wear, or changes in feel caused by regular use or improper storage.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Lost or stolen packages must be resolved directly with the shipping company. In verified loss cases, we may offer a courtesy discount on a replacement.
Energy and Conduct Notice
We are an energetically focused company. Aggressive or harassing communication toward our team will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to protect our peace, safety, and privacy.
Late Order Policy
We follow our shipping schedule with full dedication, but we are a small batch, human operated company. If emergencies, illness, weather, or unexpected life events occur, slight delays may happen.
If your order has exceeded thirty days from the date of purchase and has not shipped, you are eligible for a refund upon request. Orders within the thirty day window are not eligible for refunds, as materials and labor have already been invested.
