Hi everyone, I’m Helix Reign, a neurodivergent, autistic, Black and Italian trans man, and my wife Nixie and I started New World Prosthetics out of our home in Salt Lake City, Utah. We’re a family owned, POC owned, and trans owned business that truly believes energy and love can change everything.
My wife Nixie and I have built a home for our mixed children that’s filled with culture, art, and a deep love for our roots and all our witchy ways. Our kids are all grown now and help us with packaging and fulfillment. Every order that leaves our home is literally from our family’s hands to yours 🌈
Our lineage runs deep. We come from generations of healers and intuitive people who worked with energy long before there were words for it. Our heritage lives in us and guides how we create, how we care, and how we see the world.
This company was born from love. We wanted to feel closer to each other, to connect in a deeper energetic way, and to create something physical that represented that closeness. What began as something small between us slowly grew into something greater, a way to help others feel at home in their bodies and more connected to who they truly are.
In the beginning we made a few prosthetics for friends in the trans community. We took them to small vendor events and shared our story. The response was magnetic. Soon we had friends from all over, and friends of friends reaching out and asking for our products. What started as a personal project became a calling that grew beyond us, something meant to be shared with the world. 🌍
We close part of each month to rest, to breathe, and to return to creating with good energy. We believe that when you create from peace, you create with love.
Every prosthetic we make is crafted from 100 percent platinum cure medical grade silicone. While the silicone is still liquid, we play healing frequencies through it to set the energy before it takes shape. Some designs include crystals and copper tensor coils to help balance and ground that energy even more deeply.
So there you have it. We’re not some big corporation or fancy business, lol. We’re just a little witchy mixed family who loves people, loves what we do, and puts our heart into every single thing we make.
